Responsible sourcing of our gemstones is paramount to us. With our close relationship with our suppliers, which we have built up over many years, we take pride in ourselves in responsible sourcing of our gemstones. All our gemstones have to come from an ethical background and conflict free.

Our jewellery is made from quality precious metals that does not contain nickel. Nickel allergy is a problem in many cheaper quality jewellery. We use the following: 925 Sterling Silver and 14k Vermeil which is 925 Sterling Silver plated in 14k Rose and Yellow Gold (this coating is 50% thicker than traditional gold-plated pieces, keeping it beautiful for years to come).

At Aurora Saigon we are not interested in making jewellery from synthetic man made gemstones that many other well known brands do. Synthetic gemstones cost far less than authentic gemstones. Thanks to our years of relationship building with stone cutters we are able to only sell guaranteed authentic gemstones that are approved by an independent lab test. All our gemstones jewellery are accompanied with lab test certificate, which ensures that all of our gemstones are up to industry standards and are of the highest-quality.

We want to be entirely transparent when it comes to the gemstones we use for all of our jewellery. We are also interested in educating our customers in gemstones and making sure you are 100% certain what it is you are buying. This includes being transparent with the treatments gemstones have had, unlike other brands who will tell you little to nothing about the gemstone.

Discount codes are not applicable to sales items, as the item is already at its biggest possible discount.

Lets keep your new jewellery spick-and-span! Keeping your gemstones gleaming is easy! Wash your jewellery with warm soapy water and a soft-bristled brush, like a toothbrush. Rinse in warm water and dry with a microfiber cloth and store your jewellery in a safe, dry place when it’s not being worn.

Always keep your jewellery away from harsh chemicals. Please keep in mind everyday lotions, perfumes, and hairspray as well as household cleaners like bleach contain harmful chemicals. To be safe we recommend your jewellery is the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off when you get home.

Yes! If the jewellery is not what you expected and you are not head over heels with it, you can return it. We want you to be 100% satified and want to make things right.

Please note you have 14 days from the delivery date to change your mind. All labels and stickers must all be in place on the jewellery to qualify for a return.

Just send us an email stating you want a refund and we will give you step by step instructions.

Once we have received back the item(s), we will initiate the refund process to you of the purchase price. All items must be returned in re-sellable condition, unworn and labels attached.

Delivery time is 1-3 days if the delivery address is in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, otherwise it can take 3 to 5 days for other addresses (shipping time may be longer for district and commune areas).

We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays. We only ship on business working days monday to friday.
