Return Policy
Aurora aims to satisfy – In case you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 14 working days from the delivery date. You will also get a prompt email with a return label. Our expert customer service unit is available for you to call and begin the return process, 'returns@aurorasaigon.com'.
Please note that while we have an extremely customer-centric return policy, it is important to note that Aurora, under no circumstances, will accept any jewellery that is tarnished, broken, altered, or already used by the consumer. Moreover, Aurora will not accept returns once the return period of 14-day has finished. In case of special orders taken over phone calls or those designed exclusively for a customer upon request, jewelry engraved is non-returnable.
No items can be returned without the product tags attached along. Moreover, any gifts or certificates provided in the original packaging are also to be included. Customers must remember to mention the RMA number. The customer must cooperate as all returns will be put through a thorough check by our Quality Assurance team before processing a refund. Once we approve the refund, it will take 8 to 12 business days to process. The amount will then be credited to the customer through the same mode through which the original payment came.
Refund Policy
Aurora will only repay you for the returned items if you return an incomplete order. If the customer fails to return the complimentary gift, Aurora will deduct the exact amount for the product from the website. The remaining amount will then be returned to the customer's account. If a return is received after 14 days, Aurora will charge a 20% restocking fee. Customers will remain in charge of shipping it back to the address provided by Aurora. Upon receiving the returned package, our Quality Assurance team will thoroughly examine all items before issuing a refund. This process can take up to 7 to 10 working days. If our jewellery is broken, changed, or used by the customer, it will be sent back to them immediately. A refund is not applicable under these conditions. The customer must provide all certificates along with the product.
Cancellation and Changes in Order
Our customers are our number one priority! At Aurora, we strive to provide utmost satisfaction and look forward to honouring our customer's requests to cancel or modify their orders. We take it upon ourselves to accommodate our customer's preferences to the maximum possible before shipping. The customer must remember that changes will not be possible if we have shipped the order. It may unavoidably end up delaying delivery. However, if the customer is not entirely satisfied with the purchase, we will be sure to return it once you receive the shipment.
