SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. Mode of transportation.

Aurora Saigon free shipping nationwide with all orders via Viettel post's express delivery service. If you are not in Vietnam, Aurora will ship via DHL service, you will pay additional shipping costs.

2. Shipping time.

Delivery time is 1-3 days if the delivery address is in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, otherwise it can take 3 to 5 days for other addresses (shipping time may be longer for district and commune areas).

Delivery only works Monday through Friday, and does not work during public holidays. In case an order is placed on two weekends, the staff will process the order the next business day. Orders will take 1-2 business days for staff to process before they are sent to shipping. See more shipping time at: https://viettelpost.com.vn/

Delivery times below are estimates only and delays may occur.

3. Order status.

Once your order has been shipped, we'll email you with your waybill number so you can check the status of your order. The bill of lading code will usually be updated 24 hours or more (depending on the delivery location) after the order has been sent to the carrier.

4. Delivery method.

Aurora Saigon commits that all delivered orders are genuine, accompanied by invoices, packaged in paper boxes with Aurora's logo and certificate from LiuLab stone testing institute. You can learn more about LiuLab Institute. (click here)

Before accepting and paying for an order, customers have the right to request to open the box to check whether the goods inside are correct with the order information, including: quantity, type, appearance, integrity of the goods.

Aurora Saigon encourages customers to record videos during the inspection process, so that problems can be handled more smoothly.

Customers have the right to refuse to receive the goods if the box is found to be damaged.

In case the product you receive is defective, damaged or not as originally described, Aurora is committed to protecting you with the (Orders and Returns Policy)

5. Order shipping problems.

If there is any problem with the delivery, please contact us via email sales@aurorasaigon.com or direct message at Aurora Saigon's Facebook/Instagram. Once the parcel has been delivered to the carrier, the control will no longer be in our hands, but with the carrier instead. To limit incidents in delivery of the parcel please follow the tips below.

- Provide correct shipping address.

- Make sure the postman can deliver to your address.

- Someone is present at the address to pick up your parcel.
