Aurora Saigon ships internationally to most countries worldwide.

Shipping Costs

Free international shipping is offered on all orders. No minimum purchase is required. Silver jewellery is shipped within Vietnam only. Gold, lab-grown diamond, and fine jewellery pieces are available for international shipping.

Order Processing Time

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Made-to-order, custom, or bespoke jewellery requires additional production time and is typically completed within 20 business days before dispatch.

Estimated production timelines are communicated at the time of purchase or order confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Typical delivery timeframes are:

• International orders: approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance or local courier delays.

Taxes, Duties & Import Charges

All orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid (DDP Delivery Duty Paid).

Any applicable taxes, VAT, GST, and customs duties are calculated based on the destination country and added at checkout.

These charges are collected at the time of purchase, so no additional taxes or duties are payable upon delivery.

Customs & Clearance

As duties and taxes are prepaid, shipments typically clear customs without additional payment required from the customer. However, customs authorities may occasionally delay shipments for inspection, which is outside of our control.

Tracking & Delivery

All shipments include tracking. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
