Aurora Saigon uses VIETTELPOST shipping company. Delivery days are Monday to Friday, excluding during public holidays. In case an order is placed on a weekend, the order will be processed the next business day. Orders will take 1-2 business days for staff to process before they are sent to shipping. However, we aim to ship on the same day the order is made, if we can. Delivery times below are estimates only and delays may occur.
Once your order has been shipped, we'll email you with your waybill number so you can check the status of your order. The bill of lading code will usually be updated 24 hours or more (depending on the delivery location) after the order has been sent to the carrier.
